今天International Women Group教我們做三種甜點
都是很容易做但是端出來又是很上相的種類



●第一種:Crumble
-香蕉、桃子、蘋果等水果去皮切塊,加糖一起加熱,將水果煮軟一點
-水果煮好後鋪在烤盤的最底層
-麵粉加奶油用手捏均勻
-加糖和穀類或是喜瑞爾進去一同攪拌,攪拌後倒到水果上面鋪滿烤盤
-放入烤箱,以180度,烤15分鐘
- 烤好後,裝入盤中並淋上希臘優格或是冰淇淋即可

●第二種:Trifle
我最喜歡的口味。裝飾好放冰箱就好了,不用烤箱。
- 將市售有果醬在中間的海綿蛋糕切片,平擺在漂亮的玻璃大碗裡面
- 淋上果汁,濕潤海綿蛋糕。(或是直接用罐頭水果裡面的糖水也可以)
- 層層擺上水果。例如:raspberry, blueberry
- 倒上厚厚一層的custard cream
- 鋪上一層打發的double cream
- 用剩下的水果裝飾,也可以撒上巧克力碎片
- 放入冰箱後即可直接食用


●第三種:Pavlova

- 鋪上一層打發的double cream
- 擺上很多水果
- 灑上一點糖粉裝飾,即完成

  Fruit Crumble

 55g         butter

55g  brown sugar

55g         plain flour

55g         granola or oats

 Fruit (plums, rhubarb, peaches, pears etc)

 Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 C
  • Place flour in a bowl and add butter.  Rub butter into flour.
  • Add sugar and granola/oats
  • Place fruit, chopped as necessary, in oven proof dish.  Add a little water if not enough juice.
  • Place the crumble mixture over the fruit.
  • Bake in over for 15-20mins until golden brown.
  • Serve with ice-cream, yoghurt or pouring cream.

 Pavlova

 Meringue base:

3 large egg whites

175g caster sugar

 For topping:   

275ml double cream - whipped

350g  fruit for decoration (strawberries, raspberries, kiwi fruit, banana etc)

 Method:

  • Preheat oven to 150C. 
  • Place some lightly oiled greaseproof paper on top of a baking tray.
  • Place egg whites in large clean bowl and whisk until they form soft peaks.  To test turn the bowl upside down – mixture should not move!
  • Add sugar - whisk in approx 25g of sugar at a time until it is all mixed.
  • With a metal table spoon place the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a circle about 20cm diameter.  Then spoon round blobs next to each other so that they join up to form a circle all round the edge. 
  • Place baking sheet in oven and immediately turn the heat down to 140C.  Cook for 1 hour then turn heat right off and leave Pavlova inside oven until completely cold.    
  • To serve, lift it from the baking sheet, peel off the paper and place it on a serving dish.  Then spread the whipped cream on top and arrange the fruit on top of the cream.   Dust with a little icing sugar and then cut into wedges.

Trifle
1 small swiss roll or sufficient sponge fingers to fill base of bowl

Fruit – raspberries, blue berries, banana, peaches

500g container of fresh custard

274ml of whipped cream

Some orange juice/ lemonade or sherry

Chocolate shavings to decorate

 Method:

  • Place sponge fingers or pieces of swiss roll in base of dish.  Soak sponge with orange juice.  Can add a little sherry if desired.
  • Place fruit on top of sponge
  • Cover fruit with custard
  • Cover custard with whipped cream.
  • Decorate with extra fruit pieces or chocolate shavings.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
